"Ms. Powery told CITN/Cayman 27 Cetina was last seen around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday. Police were notified, but have not released anything official to the press at this time. A police inspector did confirm the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service is looking for Cetina, but referred Cayman 27 to contact the press officer, who has not responded as yet.

'“I cannot explain how very concerned I am,” said Ms. Powery. “I was told by the case manager of FBGH that they had to wait for ‘x’ amount of hours before the media would publish it.” Cayman 27 has not received word from the girls home yet.

"This is not the first time Cetina has escaped from the FBGH. “However she was picked up and returned less than one hour following her escape,” said Ms. Powery.
