So, we have a petition of “No
Confidence in The Leader of Government, Alden McLaughlin”
circulating and a supposed coup attempt to bring down the government
called “UNITY”.

LOL.

Leader of the Opposition, Arden McLean
is the man named by some of the media outlets as being behind it. He
has not confirmed this.

We have the Speaker of the House,
McKeeva Bush, back at work in the Legislative Assembly while facing
charges of assault on a female beach bar manager.

We have Members of the Legislative
Assembly voting down the Domestic Partnership Bill that the Cayman
Islands Court of Appeal ordered to be made law. The many reasons
given by those opposing the Bill had absolutely nothing to do with
the Bill at all.

We now have the Governor of the Cayman
Islands over-ruling this decision.

We also have a Pandemic – the corona
virus – where the Cayman Islands has to date succeeded in almost
eliminating it here, making it one of the very few safe places to be.

Normally a premier who has been able to
do this, when you compare to the rest of the world, would be
applauded, but not so here.

Whilst tests for coronavirus are still
being conducted I strongly support a motion to have every member of
the Legislative Assembly tested for INSANITY, especially the ones
behind this madness. Test them twice. PLEASE!!!

PS: At the time of writing this there
is torrential rain outside my window and thunder and lightning raging
down from the heavens above. Lovely Laura is passing by.

Love is something sadly missing in the
Legislative Assembly.

However, they do say “love can drive
a man insane”.
