NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF MEMBERS

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Annual General Meeting of the members of the CIAA has been rescheduled for Thursday September 27th 2012 at 6:00pm in the VIP Lounge, Truman Bodden Sports Complex, Walkers Road for the following purposes:

1. To receive the annual reports for the fiscal year ended August 31, 2012 and financial report for 2012.
2. To elect members to the Executive Committee.
3. To transact such other business as may properly come before the Meeting or adjournment thereof.
