Ingredients
- 1refrigerated piecrusts
- 3eggs
- 1cup sugar
- 2/3cup dark corn syrup
- 1/3cup melted butter
- 1/8teaspoon salt
- 1teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2cups chopped pecans (or a combination of chopped and whole pecan halves)
- vanilla ice cream (for serving)
