  • (26 oz.)  jar spaghetti  sauce
  • 1 (12 oz.) box jumbo shells
  • 1  (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled
  • ¾ lb. ground beef or ground pork
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1-cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Italian cheese blend, divided in 2
  • 1-cup cottage cheese
  • 3 Tbsp.  Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Approx. 2 Tbsp. olive oil
