- (26 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 (12 oz.) box jumbo shells
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled
- ¾ lb. ground beef or ground pork
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1-cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups Italian cheese blend, divided in 2
- 1-cup cottage cheese
- 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
- Approx. 2 Tbsp. olive oil
