From RCIPS

A portion of Crewe Road, west of the Owen Roberts International Airport runway, will be closed for a brief period of time on Saturday, 26 September. 

The closure will take place for about 30 minutes, sometime between 12:00PM and 1:00PM, on the portion of Crewe Road between the roundabouts at Smith Road and Printer Way.

This is to facilitate testing of the air blast barriers at the end of the runway.
