Ogier
advises in sale of Comfort Suites Hotel & Resort in Grand Cayman

Ogier
has acted for Seven Mile Suites Ltd in the sale of the Comfort Suites
Hotel & Resort at Seven Mile Beach, Grand Cayman, to Dart. 

The
Ogier team was led by partner James Bergstrom and included senior
associate Cynthia Anandajayasekeram and associate Jasmin Matthews.

The
sale adds the Comfort Suites Hotel & Resort to Dart's existing
hospitality portfolio, which includes the Kimpton Seafire Resort +
Spa, the Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman, the former Hyatt hotel and Grand
Cayman Beach Suites resort.

James
Bergstrom, who heads Ogier's Cayman office, said: "We were very
pleased to act on the sale of this hotel. With the hotel having built
an excellent reputation over the past 20 years and a highly dedicated
team, 90% of whom are Caymanian, it is a real Cayman success story.
