Next winter American Airlines will be adding a new seasonal route between Boston and Grand Cayman.

See below additional details on this new route to operate on Saturdays.

This service addition complements their existing service from Charlotte, Miami, Philadelphia, Dallas/Fort Worth and Chicago, and further reinforces their more than 28 years commitment to Grand Cayman. 

This service will be available for booking starting August 12.

The new service will run until April 6 2020.
