Students from the Cayman Islands School of Hospitality Studies (SHS) enjoyed a visit to the Brasserie Restaurant, George Town.

Featuring celebrity chef Spike Mendelsohn, first chairman of Washington DC’s Food Policy Council  and probably best known as the fifth place finisher in season four of the hit TV series Top Chef.

SHS students were given career advice from Spike on the exciting world of international cuisine and how to maintain the Cayman Islands as the Culinary Capital of the Caribbean.
