Positive cases reported to Public Health during this period are currently as follows:

There are 783 estimated active cases of COVID-19 in the Cayman Islands. Hospitalisations were pending at time of release.

The 7-day rolling average for 21 April is 60.

The Sister Islands reported one new case, leaving total cases since the beginning of the pandemic at 690.
