The Chief Medical Officer, Dr John Lee, reports 111 COVID-19 tests have been carried out since it was last reported on Tuesday, 11 August. All were negative.

The total number of individuals in isolation, either at a government facility or in their homes at the request of the Public Health Department, is currently 158.

As from 12 August, PAHO has changed the Cayman Islands recent transmission level from ‘Sporadic’ to ‘No cases‘ of COVID-19 disease.
