Grand Cayman, 3 December 2021 – All persons aged 18 and over are now eligible to receive booster shots three months after their second COVID-19 vaccination. 

The reduction in wait time for the booster is a precaution as we enter the holiday season, in light of the recent development of the Omicron COVID-19 variant. Public Health officials around the globe agree vaccines are our best defence against COVID-19.
