Cayman
Airways Limited (CAL) is advising the public that the Ticket Office
on Owen Roberts Drive on Grand Cayman will reopen to the public as of
Monday July 27, 2020 for the sale of tickets for domestic travel, and
for travel on outbound repatriation flights.

Customers
will be able to visit the Ticket Office in person Monday through
Saturday from 9am to 3pm, in accordance with recommended and required
COVID-19 safety measures, including:

• 
  Maintaining
  social distancing of 6-feet apart while waiting in line
  
• 
  Wearing
  a face covering (mask or face shield, including for children)
  
• 
  Sanitizing
  of hands using the sanitizing stations provided
  

All
Customer Service Agents will also be wearing face coverings, and
special protective plexi-glass shields have been installed at each
agent’s desk.

The
Cayman Airways Reservations Call Center, which has remained open with
limited hours during the Government’s Shelter-In-Place order, will
now serve customers from 7am to 7pm Monday through Friday, and from
9am to 3pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

Customers
can still purchase tickets at the ticket counter in Little Cayman,
and the Ticket Office on Cayman Brac will be reopening shortly.

Per
Government Regulations, persons wishing to travel to the Cayman
Islands aboard repatriation flights must register their travel
requests by completing the form online at
www.exploregov.ky/traveltime.
At this time, Cayman Airways can only accept bookings for those
passengers already approved by TravelTime for inbound travel to
