Grand Cayman –Minister of Planning, Agriculture, Housing and Infrastructure Hon. Jay Ebanks and President of the Cayman Islands Agricultural Society (CIAS) George Smith recently congratulated and presented prizes to several winners of the 2023 Agriculture Show raffle.
