Affordable residential development seeks to meet local Cayman Islands market demands

Town, Grand Cayman:
19 North Development Company Ltd. (“19 North”), a new affordable
for-sale residential development in the Cayman Islands, recently
launched its pre-sales initiative to resounding response. Pre-sales
opened to the public in December 2018 through a digital-led whisper
campaign, and only 20 of the development’s 75 apartments are still
available for purchase.
Located
along the northern stretch of Esterly Tibbetts Highway, just west of

apartment blocks are centred around ample outdoor facilities and
communal gathering spaces that create a balance of style and purpose;
combining high living standards and plentiful amenities with an
affordable price point.
Apartments
range from 400 to 1,175 square feet and all feature balconies
overlooking the property’s gardens and public spaces, high
ceilings, modern finishings, and open-plan interior layouts with
