Sandals Resorts sues own captive insurer in Cayman over COVID 19 losses

Jamaica-based hotel operator Sandals Resorts is suing its own Cayman Islands-domiciled captive insurer over losses suffered as a result of COVID 19 by 18 of its resorts in Antigua, the Bahamas, Barbados, Grenada, Jamaica, St Lucia, and the Turks & Caicos Islands.
