Just before 8 AM on Sunday, 14 December, a team of police officers executed a search warrant in the district of West Bay. During the search, officers located a man, aged 21, of a West Bay address was arrested in relation to drug-related offences.

While searching, police also located and arrested a wanted man, age 23, who also resides at a West Bay address. He was arrested in relation to robbery and assault incidents.

The wanted man has since been formally charged with the following offences:

1. In relation to a robbery report that occurred on West Bay Road on 25 October:

• Robbery
• Possession of an Offensive Weapon
• Damage to Property

1. In relation to a robbery report that occurred on the Seven Mile Public Beach on 3 December:

• Robbery
• Assault ABH
• Acquisition, Use and Possession of Criminal Property

1. In relation to a second report of robbery on the Seven Mile Public Beach on 3 December:

• Further investigation into this matter determined that, although reported as a robbery, this offence was actually a theft. He was formally charged with Theft.

The man appeared in court today, 16 December, where he was remanded in custody until 9 January 2026.
