Cayman: Statement from the Courts in relation to the Shelter in Place Policy as at Saturday, 28th March 2020

o   Persons who are required to attend at the Magistrates Court or Grand Court during the period of the Shelter in Place Policy, must contact Helpdesk 244 3842 for Civil or 244 3867 for Criminal Cases or contact by email to Courts@judicial.ky

o   Family Cases – persons who are required to attend for a Grand Court Family Case, or to comply with directions in such a case during the period of the Shelter in Place Policy must contact Ms Suzanne Miller – 345 244 3883 or by emailsuzanne.miller@judicial.ky

o   Payments into Court – for payments to be made into Court during the Shelter in Place Policy, please  visit website www.judicial.ky and view our COVID-19 instructions for online payments.  Any persons who are unable to make online payments are required before their date of payment to call the Registry HelpDesk – 244 3842 and 244 3867 or by email to Courts@judicial.ky
