From RCIPS

Earlier today, 20 August, officers responded to a single vehicle collision on Sea View Road, East End, in the High Rock area. The collision occurred shortly after 1:00PM. A BMW had been travelling westbound when it left the roadway and collided with a light pole, resulting in downed telephone lines. Emergency Services attended the scene and the driver and two passengers of the vehicle were transported to the Cayman Islands Hospital for treatment for what appear to be minor injuries.

The matter is currently under investigation.
