From RCIPS

The RCIPS is aware of a circulating fraudulent text message, purporting to be from Judicial KY, which suggests that the recipient owes outstanding fees to the court, and includes a link to review the file. The url included in the email is a known malicious site for phishing campaigns and SHOULD NOT BE CLICKED. Instead the text message should be deleted.
