Cayman: RCIPS arrest and charge man for credit card fraud

On Tuesday 1 August, RCIPS received a report of possible credit card fraud relating to a customer using multiple aliases to make purchases through a local food ordering app.

On Thursday 14 September, RCIPS arrested a 25 year-old man from Jamaica.  He was charged with three counts of Obtaining Property by Deception and Overstaying.

The man has been remanded following his court appearance yesterday morning.

He will next appear in court 2 October 2023.
