Cayman: Man Charged with Financial Crime related offenses

A 31-year-old-man of Bodden Town has been formally charged with one count of Theft and five counts of Dishonestly Obtaining Pecuniary Advantage by Deception in relation to a report which was made to the RCIPS on 11 August 2022 . He appeared in court on Tuesday, 13 June 2023, and was granted bail pending a further appearance on 27 June.

The man, a former probationary police officer, was previously suspended from duty, and has now been discharged from the RCIPS.
