A man, age 30 of Bodden Town, was arrested on Thursday, 27 October in relation to an incident on Friday, 23 September, where a man pointed a firearm at a police officer after being stopped in relation to a motor-vehicle collision.

The man has since been charged with Possession of an Imitation Firearm with the Intent to Commit a Crime, namely Causing Harassment, Alarm or Distress. Additionally, he was charged with Driving without Insurance, and Driving whilst Disqualified, He will appear in court on Monday, 31 October.
