From RCIPS Fri April 3

Shortly after 7:40PM on Tuesday, 31 March, officers were dispatched by the 9-1-1 Communications Centre to a burglary report at an address on South Church Street, George Town. A man unlawfully entered the residence, and was observed by the occupant who confronted him. A struggle ensued, and the man then fled the premises on foot.

Yesterday, 2 April, officers arrested a man, age 39 of West Bay, on suspicion of burglary and common assault, in relation to the incident. He remains in custody as investigations continue.
