Around 6:15AM on Friday, 18 March, five persons were arrested during the execution of a search warrant at a residence in the vicinity of Crewe Road. A .38 revolver and six live rounds were recovered.

The arrestees were charged or released as follows:

 Male, Age 36, no fixed address – charged with possession of an unlicensed firearm, appeared in court today and was remanded to custody to 29 March;

Male, Age 32, of Bodden Town -- charged with possession of an unlicensed firearm, appeared in court today and was remanded to custody to 29 March;

Male, Age 37, of George Town --   charged with possession of cocaine and drug-related offences, bailed to summary court for Tuesday, 29 March

Female, Age 21, of West Bay – released on Police bail

The other female was released.
