UPDATE: Police can now confirm the identity of the victim in the sudden death which took place in Bodden Town on Saturday, 21 September. He is Gregory Washington Walters, age 48, a Jamaican National living in the Cayman Islands.

The RCIPS offers its condolences to the family of the deceased.

Shortly after 1:00PM Saturday, 21 September, officers responded to a report of an industrial incident on Valencia Drive in Bodden Town.

A man had been injured after a vehicle collapsed on him and was found unresponsive.

Police and emergency services attended the scene and the man was transported to the Cayman Islands Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
