The objective of this consultancy is to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the skills, knowledge, resources, infrastructure, and institutional capacity of all stakeholders involved in the seafood value chain. These include small-scale fishers, vendors, processors, exporters, industry groups, government institutions, regulatory agencies, and supporting entities such as Cooperatives and NGOs.
