Zolfo Cooper appointed to act as Joint Receivers of Restoration Cayman Ltd.

George Town, Grand Cayman, 20 November 2014, Tammy Fu and Eleanor Fisher of Zolfo Cooper, PO Box 776, Canella Court, Camana Bay, Grand Cayman were today (Nov 20) appointed as Joint Receivers of Restoration Cayman Ltd. (“the Company”) by virtue of the powers contained in the security agreements entered into between the secured lender, Scotiabank & Trust (Cayman) Ltd, and the Company.

The Company is the legal owner of the property known and operated as Treasure Island Resort, Grand Cayman.
