Meet Nicole Brown, CEPF Caribbean Regional Implementation Team Manager

With more than 25 years' of experience, Nicole has worked at the intersection of natural resource management and human well-being across the Caribbean, Central America, and the Commonwealth. Her roles have spanned facilitation, communication, evaluation, and programme design/implementation.
Nicole currently leads the Critical Ecosystem Partnership Fund (CEPF) Caribbean Islands Biodiversity Hotspot Phase II project as Manager of the Regional Implementation Team (RIT). In her role, she ensures the successful planning, execution and completion of the project by coordinating team efforts, managing resources and maintaining communication with donors and other stakeholders.
