Cayman Turtle Farm celebrates Earth Month
- Reusing one side printed paper for non-formal documents and copying
- Turning off air conditioning and opening the windows during cold fronts and cool breezy days
- Collecting aluminum cans for recycling
- Recycling the used cooking oil at our park restaurant. (It is collected and converted to auto fuel)
- Serving drinks with biodegradable straws at our park restaurant
- Collecting algae from the daily cleaning of the park’s 1.3 million gallon salt water lagoon, which is then dried and used as fertiliser in the park’s landscaping
