The roads previously restricted due to the oil spill have now been reopened.

There has been an oil spill on Shedden Road vicinity of Funky Tangs, along Sound Way and to the Butterfield roundabout near AL Thompson's.

Police and fire are on scene and access to these roads are temporarily limited. NRA is en route to deal with the spill.

Motorist are to avoid Shedden Road, Sound Way, New Sound Way (north bound) and the Butterfield roundabout, or proceed with caution while the spill is being addressed.

We will inform you when full access to the roads is available.
