- Comcast contacts customer’s employer, which happens to do a lot of business with Comcast, says customer used employer’s name during complaint.
- Customer insists he did not use company name; fired by employer anyway.
- Comcast will not release e-mails or audio recordings to counter customer’s claim that he didn’t use the name of his employer.
