ILO to launch global report on employment and social trends

GENEVA (ILO News) – The International Labour Organization (ILO) will launch its flagship report,World Employment and Social Outlook – Trends 2019 (WESO), on Wednesday, February 13.

The WESO looks at the latest labour market developments related to human prosperity and welfare and gives the latest ILO data – globally and regionally - on trends such as global unemployment, informal employment and gender gaps. This report includes a detailed focus on how these changes affect progress towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals  (SDGs).
