Anti-Corruption Commission Investigators today, 2 March 2021, arrested a male public officer aged 27 years from the East End area, upon suspicion of the following offences:

1. Fraud on the Government, contrary to s.11 of the Anti-Corruption Law (2016 Revision);
2. Bribery of a public officer, contrary to s.10 of the Anti-Corruption Law (2016 Revision); and
3. Breach of trust contrary to s.13 of the Anti-Corruption Law (2016 Revision).

The individual was detained for questioning and the Commission will not provide any further comment on the matter.
